Overview This dataset contains the raw survey results and supporting material from a market research study on job market needs in Computing/ICT in Kosova. The study was conducted to better understand which ICT roles and skills are most demanded by the local industry and to inform capacity-building actions (e.g., curriculum updates, training, and internship design). The broader study combines (1) a company survey and (2) an analysis of job positions advertised on local job portals. The survey targeted a set of local organizations and ICT companies (list included in the report) and reports 64 received answers. What is included Excel file (raw survey responses): one row per respondent; columns correspond to survey questions. PDF report/presentation: summary charts and high-level findings, plus the surveyed company list and the study design. Collection and coverage The survey collected perspectives from professionals in ICT companies/organizations operating in Kosova. The accompanying report lists the surveyed organizations and summarizes the results. Anonymization / ethics The dataset is shared in a form that does not include direct personal identifiers (e.g., no names or emails). It contains role categories and optional free-text comments that may reflect individual opinions.
