Cyanobacteria extracts and pigments spectrums

<p>The data show the UV-Vis (350-750 nm) spectrum of cyanobacterium <em>Synechocystis salina</em> acetone extracts and the UV spectrum of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and pheophytin (about 1 mg/mL of acetone). The S. salina was grown in monoculture in BG11 medium. The cells of 5-day old culture were harvested, lyophilized and extracted by bed homogenizer using acetone. The standards of pigments were purchased from DHI Laboratory Products (Denmark), and analyzed without dissolution. The Genesys (Thermo) spectrophotometer and quartz vials were used for analysis.</p>
