100Nm3/h制氢系统产氢速率、功率范围、氢中氧等指标监测数据集

通过模块化集成100Nm3/h制氢系统，开发新型大电流直流电源，为MW级系统升级提供可调控电源，设计单槽产氢量达到100Nm3/h的制氢系统，完成系统集成，进行性能测试。使用的设备为VC9808+万用表、内置直流电源、DMT143露点仪、WGS-OX微量氧分析仪、压力表、温度传感器、质子流量计等。数据格式为msv，可以利用office软件打开。数据量约为8.7M

First, a novel high-current DC power supply was developed through modular integration of a 100 Nm³/h hydrogen production system, aiming to provide a controllable power source for MW-scale system upgrades. Subsequently, a hydrogen production system with a single electrolyzer cell achieving a hydrogen production output of 100 Nm³/h was designed, followed by complete system integration and performance testing. The instruments and equipment utilized include VC9808+ multimeter, built-in DC power supply, DMT143 dew point meter, WGS-OX trace oxygen analyzer, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, proton flow meters, etc. The data is stored in msv format and can be opened with Microsoft Office software. The total data volume is approximately 8.7 MB.
