BM-derived neutrophils were isolated and cultured for 20hr in 20% supernatants of KPC, KPSC, and control, respectively. Overall design: For RNA preparation, neutrophils were sorted from BM cells, freshly treated with 20% CM from KPC or KPSC, and harvested after 24 hours. RNA-seq transcriptome library was prepared following TruSeqTM RNA sample preparation Kit (Illumina) using 5 µg of total RNA, according to manufacturer's instructions.
