H69 cholangiocytes incubated with O. viverrini extracellular vesicles

This project aimed to perform an RNAseq analysis of H69 cells incubated under five different conditions: PBS, Opisthorchis viverrini (Ov) 120k extracellular vesicles (EVs), 15k OvEVs, grape-derived EVs, and H69-derived EVs. Three biological replicates were included for each condition. Cells were harvested and analyzed at two time points: 6 hours and 24 hours. Total RNA was extracted from each sample using TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen) and RNA quality, yield, and fragment size were assessed by capillary electrophoresis using an Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer.
