We used RNA-seq to identify gene expression changes in C. elegans after 1 hr, 4 hr, 12 hr and 24 hr of exposure to Myzocytiopsis humicola extract; and after 12 hr, 24 hr and 48 hr of infection with Myzocytiopsis humicola Total RNA was extracted from L4 stage C. elegans after exposure to Myzocytiopsis humicola or its extract at appropriate time points
