Digital Archive from an Archaeological Evaluation at 50-52 Inhams Road, Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire, March 2016

This collection consists of images, spreadsheets, site record data, a vector graphic and a report from an archaeological evaluation by Oxford Archaeology East. Work occurred at 50-52 Inhams Road, Whittlesey, in March 2016. The evaluation, consisting of three trial trenches, found several large sub-rectangular pits that contained finds of a broadly 16th to 18th century date range, these were probably for the extraction of sand and gravel. Also found was a single large post hole of 18th to 19th century date and several modern rubbish pits.
