Savannah LOMA Parcels

To record parcels, structures, or portions of parcels that have been approved for flood zone map (FIRM) reclassifications via Letters of Map Amendment (LOMA) or Letters of Map Change (LOMC) by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). This layer only records known LOMA/LOMC/LOMRs for parcels within the City of Savannah. It is not guaranteed to be complete or accurate and all inquiries should be directed to and verified by FEMA. This layer is to be used for informational purposes only and is subject to change at any time. Updates are posted six or seven times a year on average.
