Transferability of TDR moisture calibrations between compacted tropical subgrade soils: data and code

Data and analysis code for the manuscript "How transferable are TDR moisture calibrations between compacted tropical subgrade soils? A leave-one-soil-out evaluation". The package contains the processed calibration dataset of six compacted tropical subgrade soils from São Paulo, Brazil (258 observations pairing the apparent permittivity measured by time domain reflectometry with a reference volumetric water content), the 5,160 individual permittivity readings behind those observations, and the Python scripts that reproduce every number, table and figure of the manuscript: reconciliation of readings and observations, refit of the published calibrations of Pizarro et al. (2020), leave-one-soil-out evaluation of universal, regional and CRIM-type calibrations with paired soil-level comparisons, errors in gravimetric water content relative to the optimum, and sensitivity analyses.
