Raw data- PanCK PGP9.5 Neuroinvasive and non-neuroinvasive PDAC cells in PR vs. NeoTx

FFPE tumor sections from primary resected and neoadjuvant-treated PDAC patients were obtained and subject to double-immunofluorescent staining using anti-PanCK and anti-PGP9.5 antibodies. Qupath-0.5.1 software was used to manually quantify the slide area, total cancer cell area, neuroinvasive cancer cell area, and non-neuroinvasive cancer cell area. Clusters of pancreatic cancer cells adjacent to or within the perineurium were defined as neuroinvasive.本研究获取了原发性手术切除及新辅助治疗后的胰腺导管腺癌（PDAC）患者的福尔马林固定石蜡包埋（FFPE）肿瘤组织切片，采用抗PanCK与抗PGP9.5抗体开展双重免疫荧光染色。使用Qupath-0.5.1软件手动定量统计切片总面积、总癌细胞面积、神经侵袭性癌细胞面积及非神经侵袭性癌细胞面积。将毗邻神经束膜或位于神经束膜内的胰腺癌细胞簇定义为神经侵袭性病灶。
