TEMIR v2.0 Example case model input

This zipped file (~5 GB) contains the essential input data for a test-case simulation in the TEMIR model v2.0. It includes: initial_data: CLM4.5 initial data for initializing a simulation. met_data: MERRA-2 ($2.5^\circ \times 2^\circ$ resolution) global meteorological data from 2010-04-01 to 2010-09-30 for the test-case simulation. soilT_map: MERRA-2 ($2.5^\circ \times 2^\circ$ resolution) 5-layer soil temperature data from 2010-04-01 to 2010-09-30. surf_data & processed_surf_data: CLM land surface data and the processed land surface map for simulations. crop_calender: A global crop calendar dataset based on Sacks et al. (2010) that provides planting and harvesting dates. GDDmat_maps: A map of the Growing Degree Day (GDD) requirement to reach crop maturity, calculated based on the Sacks et al. (2010) dataset. CLM4.5_GDDx_map: Maps of $GDD_x$ ($GDD_0$, $GDD_8$, $GDD_{10}$) calculated using the CLM4.5 model. These determine crop planting dates based on local climate rather than a prescribed crop calendar like Sacks et al. (2010). site_measurements_input: Example site-level data (meteorology, LAI, and ozone) for a test-case crop simulation. FLUXNET: Information for each site in the FLUXNET2015 dataset (for full data, please visit the FLUXNET website). Wesely_const: Dry deposition constants. LAI_data: Contain MODIS LAI data. After downloading, please unzip the archive and place its contents inside the TEMIR_inputs directory cloned from the GitHub repository. User could create a o3_input directory under TEMIR_inputs for storing o3 map if needed.
