Trained tubule classification neural network as Matlab file for the SATINN standalone app. This classifies segmented seminiferous tubules of mouse immunofluorescence images (Hoechst, Acta2, Acrv1) into one of the 12 classical stages. In the SATINN app, when choosing the tubule network, select Custom and navigate to this file in your local directories.
