Please find attached the files containing the fluorescence data of p65 images. Each line in the Excel file corresponds to one anayzed cell. For each cell, you will find the following informations: Time post-infection in hours (-> "Time" column) Viral strain used to infect the cell (-> "Virus" column) Virulence of the strain used to infect the cell (-> "Virulence" column) The biological origin (piglet donor) of the analyzed cell (->"Pig" column) Mean of the p65 fluorescence in the nucleus (-> "p65_nucleus_mean" column) Mean of the p65 fluorescence in the cytoplasm (-> "p65_cytoplasm_mean" column) Mean of the total p65 fluorescence (-> "p65_total_mean" column) Mean of the p72 fluorescence in the nucleus (-> "p72_nucleus_mean" column) Mean of the p72 fluorescence in the cytoplasm (-> "p72_cytoplasm_mean" column) Mean of the total p72 fluorescence (-> "p72_total_mean" column) The cell area (-> "Cell_Area" column) Mean of the total DAPI fluorescence (-> "DAPI_total_mean" column) The ratio between nucleus area and cytoplasm area (-> "Nucleus.Cell.area.ratio" column) The ratio between nucleus and cytoplasm fluorescence signal of p65 (-> "p65.NCr.mean")
