A decade of national patient-experience feedback in Romania (2016–2026): harmonized processed data and reproducible code

Harmonized processed datasets, analysis outputs, documentation, and reproducible code derived from Romania's Ministry of Health public aggregate Patient Feedback Mechanism workbooks. Monthly official workbooks were parsed into tidy national and provider-level aggregate tables; the separate 2016 legacy satisfaction instrument was extracted into a standalone workbook. Raw official workbooks are documented by SHA-256 checksum and excluded from this archive. Contents: national monthly series (113 observed monthly releases, 6,004 national answer rows), a provider-release panel (493,450 provider-level answer rows, 466 provider identities across 42 counties), the legacy 2016 instrument, and a fully reproducible Python build pipeline.
