A wireless Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) link is established using two NI-USRP2901 Software Defined Radio (SDR) modules, programmed as transmitter and receiver respectively via LabView software. The carrier frequency is 470 MHz of UHF band, baseband sampling rate is 128 kHz, and the symbol rate is 6400 symbols/sec. Each OFDM symbol (referred as Frame here) comprises of 128 QPSK symbols. A total of 1000 frames are transmitted with the help of monopole antenna connected to the Tx1 port the NI-USRP2901 module. The wireless channel is the laboratory environment which has several tables, chairs and computers. The wireless frames are received by another monopole antenna kept at 3m distance from the transmitter, connected to Rx1 port of another NI-USRP2901 module programmed as receiver. At the transmitter, the OFDM modulation blocks and at the receiver, the OFDM demodulation blocks are implemented using LabView. A total of 1000 frames are transmitted and are received. At the receiver, the demodulated 128 length complex frames are captured. The receiver has a fixed gain setting of -10 dB. The transmitter has a gain setting ranging from -50 dB to +15 dB in steps of 5 dB. So a total of 14 different gain settings at the transmitter have been used. At each gain setting of the transmitter (i.e. active signal condition) and when the transmitter is switched off (no signal condition), the received frames are provided as the dataset. Out of total 1000 frames received, the erased frames are removed and the healthy frames at each gain setting are provided here as Rxm10datav2.mat file.

本数据集采用两台NI-USRP2901型软件定义无线电(Software Defined Radio, SDR)模块搭建无线正交频分复用(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing, OFDM)链路,通过LabVIEW软件将二者分别配置为发射机与接收机。载波频率为特高频(Ultra High Frequency, UHF)频段的470 MHz,基带采样率为128 kHz,符号速率为6400符号/秒。每个OFDM符号(本文中称为帧)包含128个正交相移键控(Quadrature Phase Shift Keying, QPSK)符号。通过连接至NI-USRP2901模块Tx1端口的单极天线,共计传输1000帧数据。无线信道为布置有多张桌子、椅子与计算机的实验室环境。另一台配置为接收机的NI-USRP2901模块,其Rx1端口连接的单极天线置于距发射机3米处,用于接收无线传输的帧。 在发射端与接收端,分别通过LabVIEW软件实现OFDM调制模块与OFDM解调模块。本次实验共计传输并接收1000帧数据,接收机端将捕获长度为128的解调复帧。接收机增益固定设置为-10 dB,发射机增益范围为-50 dB至+15 dB,步长为5 dB,共计使用14种不同的发射机增益配置。在每种发射机增益设置(即有效信号工况)以及发射机关闭(无信号工况)时,接收的帧均作为数据集样本。在总计接收的1000帧数据中,擦除帧已被移除,每种增益设置下的有效帧均存储为Rxm10datav2.mat文件。
