aThe HI titer was expressed as the maximum dilution capable to completely inhibit the agglutination of human type O erythrocytes by RHDV. Each titer value corresponds to an individual animal. In the assay, a hyperimmune serum against RHDV (with an HI titer of 1/2048) was used as positive control.
