This database was developed from the record of calls received by Boston's Mayor's Hotline, or Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) System (akin to 311 lines in other cities). It includes four files, including the base call record and three files derived from this: the types of cases created by the system; the reporting patterns of individual users; and ecometric measures of neighborhood characteristics.
