Raw numerical data for Figure 8: qPCR, Western blot densitometry, and ELISA readings

This dataset contains the raw numerical data supporting Figure 8 of the associated manuscript. The data is provided as a compressed archive containing three subfolders corresponding to the three panels of Figure 8:Figure 8A (qPCR data):Excel spreadsheet: raw Ct values and normalized expression levels (2⁻ΔΔCt) for each biological replicateGraphPad Prism file: normalized expression levels, statistical analysis (t-test or ANOVA), and the bar graphs shown in Figure 8AFigure 8B (Western blot densitometry):Excel spreadsheet: densitometry measurements of FABP3, MX1, RSAD2, and β-actin normalized to β-actinGraphPad Prism file: densitometry data, statistical comparisons, and the bar graphs shown in Figure 8BFigure 8C (ELISA data):Excel spreadsheets: raw ELISA readings (optical density) for AA and PEG2 treatment groups, Betaine treatment group, and Creatine treatment groupGraphPad Prism file: calculated concentrations, statistical comparisons, and the bar graphs shown in Figure 8CAll raw data are provided as originally measured.
