Replication Data for: Immigration and Customs Enforcement Nationwide Individual-Level Enforcement Dataset

This dataset, based on records obtained by Freedom of Information Act request, tracks United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) individual enforcement actions from September 2023 through July 2025. The dataset includes five tables, linked by anonymized individual identifiers, tracking ICE encounters, detainer requests, arrests, detentions, and removals. The dataset creates new opportunities for descriptive and causal research on recent changes in immigration enforcement policy in the United States.本数据集基于通过《信息自由法》（Freedom of Information Act）申请获取的记录，追踪了2023年9月至2025年7月间美国移民及海关执法局（United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement，ICE）的个体执法行动。本数据集包含五张数据表，通过匿名化个体标识符实现关联，用以追踪ICE的执法接触、拘押请求、逮捕、拘留及递解出境行动。本数据集为美国近期移民执法政策变动的描述性与因果性研究提供了全新契机。
