Modeling cropland conversion for conservation prioritization across the Continental United States
收藏资源简介:
The main tillage probability data product is available as a CONUS mosaic and as individual state mosaics. The probability layers for the conterminous US (CONUS_tillage_prob.tif) and states ([State Name]_probs.tif) have a single band ranging from 0-1. The accompanying uncertainty data are also available at the state-level. The uncertainty layers ([State Name]_uc.tif) contain three bands: standard error, lower 95% CI, upper 95% CI. All rasters are provided as GeoTIFFs in the USGS CONUS modified Albers projection (ESPG 5070) with a spatial resolution of 30m. Development and water are masked out via the NLCD and impervious surface data. To minimize file size, all GeoTIFFs were compressed using lossless DEFLATE compression with a predictor to enhance efficiency. We also provide supplemental tables (tillage_model_results.xlsx) that include tillage, uncertainty, and validation summary statistics for each county model (sheet 2-4) as well as parameter selection frequency (sheet 5). Metadata information is also provided (sheet 1). The results of the cross-validation analysis are also in the repository (cross_val_results.xlsx).
