Sequencing data

The data provided here is unprocessed and presented exactly as outputted by the Illumina sequencers, ensuring that researchers have access to the original sequencing reads for downstream analysis and reproducibility studies.This project hosts the raw paired-end sequencing files used in DNA StairLoop, generated from Illumina sequencing platforms. The data are presented in its original, unprocessed form as outputted by the sequencers. This allows researchers to perform independent analyses, validate findings, and ensure reproducibility of the results presented in DNA StairLoop.
