Growth and flowering responses to abiotic parameters of Amaryllis belladonna L. for horticultural applications

The 4 data sets provided relate to the effects of various abiotic factors (cultivation practices and environmental conditions) on bulb growth and seasonal flowering morphological parameters of A. belladonna at different stages of bulb development (age). These data sets can support the development and growth of other underutilised geophytic species that are hard to cultivate and lack scientific and quantitative empirical data and improve the species’ economic value and capacity for competitive differentiation and sustainable biodiversity in local and international flower bulb and cut flower markets.
