Effect of neuropeptide substance P on gene expression in the hippocampal tissue of mice after fecal microbiota transplantation

To explore how SP affects the function of the hippocampus mediated via intestinal flora, we performed RNA-seq analysis on the hippocampus of mice subjected to FMT treatment. Overall design: The mice were divided into the FMT-CON group, the FMT-DSS group, and the FMT-DSS+SP group. After the fecal microbiota transplantation treatment, we used RNA-seq to detect gene expression in hippocampal tissue of each group.
