The simulation with STIR was performed by "STIR&SimSET.ipynb", including simulating the activity and attenuation images. The folder "2.9.2" contains all scripts required in SimSET, and "8.10" contains all simulated histograms, which can be read by "STIR&SimSET.ipynb". "STIR" contains the utilities throughout the simulation.
