Basic Statistics for the polar ionosphere

This table gives the mean values and standard deviations for basic ionospheric parameters (Te, Ti, Ne, and Flux) at altitudes ranging from 100Km-800 Km over the Sondrestrum, Svalbard, and Tromso Incoherent Scatter Radars. All data was taken from times where radars were directed directly up the magnetic filed line.本表格给出了松德斯特勒姆（Sondrestrum）、斯瓦尔巴（Svalbard）与特罗姆瑟（Tromso）的非相干散射雷达（Incoherent Scatter Radars）在100千米至800千米海拔范围内的基础电离层参数（ionospheric parameters）——电子温度（Te）、离子温度（Ti）、电子密度（Ne）与粒子通量（Flux）的均值与标准差。所有数据均采集于雷达直接对准磁力线（magnetic field line）的观测时段。
