Characterisation of microbial communities during composting of poly(butylene succinate)-wheat bran composites

The research will include a metagenomic analysis of the microorganisms (bacteria and fungi) present in the compost during the biodegradation of poly(butylene succinate)-wheat bran polymeric biocompositions (PBS-WB). The aim of the study is to identify the characteristic groups of microorganisms for the biodegradation process of PBP-WN and to determine the differences in the composition of the compost microflora before and after the degradation of PBS-WN.
