In each workspace, there is:-data1: raw fluorescence traces for each neuron -dfofanalyse/2: Caiman derived spking for each neuron (smoothed with 5 sample gaussian) -framerate (in Hz) -halos1: neuropil surrounding each neuron -repori: the A orientation (1=90deg or 2=0deg) -testori: the B orientation (2 or 1) -testori2: the C orientation (5=45 degrees) -stimvistypeMAIN: a single vector with the same nubmer of columns as data1, dfofanalyse, etc, with values indicating teh current stimulus at a given sample. 0 means no stimulus. in the first half, 1 through 8 indicates the orientation of the current stimulus (1=90, 2=0deg, 3= 22.5 deg; 4=67.5 deg, 5=45 deg, 6=135 deg, 7=157.5 deg, 8=112.5 deg). The second half is the oddball run. 2=A redundant. 4=B deviant. 6=A deviant. 8=C deviant. [vectrials is where the main analysable portions are. it differs slightly between the main datasets (46), the training (n=10), and the regular oddball (n=3). ] for the main datasets: -vectrials is a structure of 1X2 that contains the cell-wise activity data, locomotion, trial identies separated by trials. vectrials{1,1} corresponds to the control run, where vectrials{1,1}{1} is neurons by timepoints (-500 to +800ms around stimulus onset) by trials. vectrials{1,1}{2} is a 1 by trials vector, with a value correspondign to the orientaiotn of the current stimulus. vectrials{1,1}{3} is a 1 by trials vector, with a value correspondign to the order of each trial in a given group of 5. vectrials{1,1}{4} is a 1 by trials vector, with a value correspondign to the average locomotion in a given trial. Vectrials{1,2} is the same as vectrials{1,1}, but for the oddball/test run. all neurons match. -vectrialsSTD is the same as vectrials, but standardized for analysis. for the training datasets (10) there is only vectrials{1,1}, which corresponds to the oddball run for the regular oddball datasets (n=3), vectrials is {2,4}. vectrials{1,:} corresponds to one orientation (90 degrees) while vectrials{2,:} corresponds to the other (0 degrees). the elements of each row contain the trials for control, redundant, and deviant trials for that orientation. it is like the above (data in {:,1},locomotion in {:,4}, but the trial indicators in vectrials{1,2} and {2,2} contain the following codes: 15=deviant, 20 or 21=control, any number < 99 is redundant, and 99 is excluded trial.
