De novo design and structure prediction of SP11-like proteins

Relevant data in "Structural and stability analysis of de novo designed proteins incorporating a plant self-incompatibility motif" (under review)This repository contains following materials: sp11_design_Rosetta_Input.tar.gz : Rosetta input files original-SP11-like-structures.zip : de novo designed models of SP11-A, SP11-B, and SP11-C fold_sp11_a_his6.zip : AlphaFold3 prediction of SP11-A without template using the AlphaFold Server (14 August 2025) fold_sp11_a_af3_prediction_single_sequence_explicit_template.zip : AlphaFold3 prediction of SP11-A with explicit template While this repository is made public under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license, two files are exceptions. Reuse and redistribution of the AlphaFold Server-derived structure data (fold_sp11_a_his6.zip and fold_sp11_a_af3_prediction_single_sequence_explicit_template.zip) must adhere to the original AlphaFold Server Output Terms of Use, which are also embedded in the corresponding .cif files.
