Bacterial communities associated with the root system of Acacia planted in Khurais desert with different soil amendments

Analysis of the total bacterial community associated with the root system compartments (root surrounding soil, rhizosphere, and root tissues) of Acacia and bulk soil. Acacia plantlets were cultivated in the desert of Saudi Arabia for two years and treated with different soil amendments that affect water retention, soil structure, and nutrient retention.
