Local IBD Benchmark

Simulated local IBD graph files from our paper "Selecting Clustering Algorithms for IBD Mapping". The 'benchmark.tgz' file includes the main dataset with various cluster counts, false-positive, and false-negative edge rates. These simulations were used to test and evaluate the clustering algorithms and characteristics of local IBD graphs. The 'benchmark_realistic.tgz' includes the simulated dataset with realistic clusters counts, false-positive, and false-negative edge rates. The simulations were used to evaluate the performance of clustering algorithms in realistic situations.
