FloodPlanet Inundation Dataset

This hand-labeled inundation dataset is a high-resolution multi-sensor co-registered dataset labeled based on 3m PlanetScope data. It contains 366 manual labels of size 1024*1024 based on PlanetScope data, a modified 8-bit version of PlanetScope data, and spatially overlapping, temporally near Sentinel-1, Sentinel-2, and Landsat-8 data. It includes 19 flood events that occurred between 2017 and 2020. The version you are downloading was created in December 2023. /FloodPlanet The manually labeled dataset: contains 19 sub-folders, each containing data for one flood event. Within each event folder, sub-folders indicate the sensors: PlanetScope(PS), Sentinel-1(S1), Sentinel-2(S2), Landsat-8(L8), and labels. Within each of those folders are the actual images. /stac_catalog The STAC catalog for the entire dataset.
