Victorian Energy Efficiency Target - Register of VEECs

Under the VEET Act, the ESC is required to maintain a register of VictorianEnergy Efficiency Certificates.  Each certificate is a legal title and can betraded before ultimately being surrendered by a relevant entity to satisfytheir liability under the scheme.  The register is searchable on a range ofcriteria and a user can drill down through the groups results to find anindividual certificate ID with its dates of qcreation, registration andexpiration

根据VEET法案（VEET Act），ESC需维护维多利亚州能源效率证书（Victorian Energy Efficiency Certificates）登记册。每份证书均为法定权属凭证，可在相关主体最终交回证书以履行本方案项下的义务前进行交易。该登记册支持多维度条件检索，用户可逐级筛选分组结果，查询到单份证书的编号及其创建、登记与到期日期。
