Galesburg Liquor License Hospital Buffer

Galesburg Municipal Code §113.041: "No license shall be issued for the sale at retail of any alcoholic liquor within 100 feet of any... hospital...provided, that this prohibition shall not apply to hotels offering restaurant service, regularly organized clubs, or to restaurants, food shops or otherplaces where sale of alcoholic liquors is not the principal business carried on...".盖尔斯堡市市政法典（Galesburg Municipal Code）第113.041条规定："任何位于距离任意医院100英尺范围内的酒类零售业务，均不予核发经营许可证；但本禁止性规定不适用于提供餐饮服务的酒店、正规注册的俱乐部，以及餐饮场所、食品店或其他以非酒类销售为主要经营业务的场所。"
