Neuroanatomical characterization and three-dimensional model of the feline spinal cord using high-resolution imaging

This dataset contains three-dimensional reconstructions of the feline spinal cord from C3 to S2 generated from MRI, and high-resolution micro-computed tomography. Files include segmented models of left and right dorsal and ventral rootlets provided in STL format, as well as vertebrae, dura mater, cerebrospinal fluid, white matter, and gray matter provided in both STL and STEP formats. These datasets are provided as open-access resources for use in computational modeling, anatomical studies, surgical planning, and neuromodulation research.
