Zooplankton community dataset from a humic lake (Pustelnik)

This dataset contains zooplankton community data and environmental variables from a humic lake (Pustelnik). Data represent averaged values across two sampling years (2013 and 2023), consistent with the analytical approach used in the associated study. The dataset includes species abundances and environmental parameters (pH, temperature, oxygen concentration, conductivity, Secchi depth) across three sampling methods (Random, Transect, Shore). An R script used for indicator species analysis (IndVal) is also provided.
