Dataset of Network Pharmacology and Molecular Docking for Salvia miltiorrhiza Intervening in Periodontitis

This data set is exclusive data for network pharmacology and molecular docking research on Salvia miltiorrhiza's intervention in periodontitis. It includes the screening results of Salvia miltiorrhiza's active ingredients, periodontitis disease target data set, component-target interaction network data, as well as key data such as the molecular docking binding energy and conformation of core targets and active ingredients. A total of 16,663 valid records have been compiled in the data set, covering core indicators such as ingredient targets, pathway enrichment, and molecular docking parameters. The data has been verified by database retrieval and software (such as TCMSP, String, AutoDock), which can support the study of the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in periodontitis and has high academic reference value.
