Raw MRI subset, segmentation annotations, and scan-level metadata supporting DeepFORMA

This record provides the raw MRI subset, segmentation annotations, and scan-level metadata used to reproduce the DeepFORMA segmentation benchmark and the representative MRI-based analyses reported in the accompanying manuscript. The upload includes annotated scans used for model development and held-out evaluation, representative raw scans underlying the main perturbation, disease-trajectory, and intervention analyses, and accompanying metadata linking each file to Scan_ID, organoid type, condition, timepoint, and figure usage. This record is a supporting subset rather than the complete FORMA Atlas.
