Metagenomic analysis of bat fecal RNA in Korea for sarbecovirus genome

This BioProject contains RNA sequencing data generated from fecal samples of bats collected in Korea. The sequencing was performed using the Illumina platform. Metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) were reconstructed from the data, including complete genome sequences of sarbecoviruses. The dataset provides resources for understanding viral diversity in bat populations and contributes to surveillance of coronaviruses with zoonotic potential.
