资源简介:
This fileset contains all the alignments used in the above manuscript. These sequences were collected by Bazin et al. (2006), DOI number: 10.1126/science.1122033 Please see link below for reference to the original paper. OGP_seqs : each file contains an alignment of the ingroup species and up to five outgroup species Pol_seqs : each file contains an alignment of multiple individuals of the same species DoS_data: polymorphism, divergence and DoS estimates for all species for which there is an outgroup where 0.1 &gt; dS &gt; 1.1. Note on column headings (where they differ from terms of reference used in the manuscript): non synonymous nucleotide site diversity, πN, is given in the column headed Pi(Pn). Synonymous nucleotide site diversity, πS, is given in the column headed Pi(Ps).<br> SFS_data: estimates of divergence data and the SFS. So that all species had the same number of sampled loci, we first randomly subsampled the number of chromosomes for each species down to 12 chromosomes, excluding species without sufficient numbers of sequenced chromosomes. Messer_Petrov_method: Similar data to the above, but showing our calculations of alpha using what we term the 'Messer-Petrov method'.
