The purpose is to obtain samples for mRNA analysis in primary human lung microvascular endothelial cells treated with universal interferon alpha beta or interferon gamma. Overall design: Human lung microvascular endothelial cells were treated with a multiplicity of 4 PFU per cell. Treated samples were collected in triplet; time-matched mocks were collected in triplet in parallel with treated samples. Time points: 3, 6, and 24hr post-treatment.
