Immune cell distribution properties of the murine abdominal aortic aneurysm and normal aortas at single cell resolution

Inflammation is still a crucial factor in the development of abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). The CD45+ cell population of elastase-induced murine AAA was deconstructed at the single-cell level using the single-cell RNA (scRNA) transcriptomic technique. Overall design: We isolated each group of immune cells and subdivided them into multiple subgroups, enumerated the remarkable differentially expressed genes, investigated the developmental pathways of immune cells, and demonstrated their interactions.
