PEDAGOGICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF TEACHING INFORMATICS IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL EDUCATION

The rapid development of digital technologies has transformed educational processes and created new opportunities for teaching Informatics. Effective Informatics education requires the integration of modern pedagogical approaches, digital learning resources, and innovative teaching methods. This study examines the pedagogical and methodological foundations of teaching Informatics in the context of digital education. The research analyzes the role of digital learning environments, information and communication technologies, learner-centered approaches, project-based learning, and artificial intelligence tools in improving educational outcomes. The findings show that the effective use of digital technologies increases student engagement, develops digital competencies, enhances problem-solving skills, and improves the quality of learning. The study also emphasizes the importance of teachers’ digital competence and continuous professional development for successful implementation of digital education. Based on the analysis, methodological recommendations are proposed to enhance the effectiveness of Informatics teaching in modern educational environments.
