„Macht“, „Supervisorenmacht“ und „Engagement“ – Überlegungen zu vermiedenen Themen im Feld der Supervision und Therapie verbunden mit einem Plädoyer für eine Kultur „transversaler und säkular-melioristischer Verantwortung“ „Power“, „Supervisors’ Power“ and „Commitment“ – Thoughts on Avoided Topics in the Field of Supervision and Therapy Connected with a Plea for a Culture of “Transversal and Secular Melioristic Responsibility”

Die vorliegende Arbeit führt zum ersten Mal die Machttheorien der wichtigsten Machttheoretiker (Bourdieu: „Habitus“, „Kapital“, Foucault: „Diskursanalyse“, Arendt: „Merkmale dysfunktionaler Macht“) zusammen und untersucht diese auf ihre Bedeutung für die Supervision. Angesichts der Bedeutung des Machtthemas ist es erstaunlich, wie wenig fundiertes Wissen vorhanden ist und wie – entsprechend – beschränkt mögliche Praxisanwendungen sind.Die Arbeit baut auf der integrativen Supervision auf und vertieft und erweitert die Theoriefundierungen in historischer, soziologischer, philosophischer, politologischer und emotionspsychologischer Hinsicht. Es wird hier deutlicher, dass sich Macht oft entzieht, wie dysfunktionale Macht entsteht und wie sich diese bis in den leiblich-emotionalen menschlichen Bereich hinein auswirkt. Verschiedene Ansätze eines positiven Umgangs mit Macht, liegen in der integrativen Supervision vor, wie z.B. „Empowerement“. Ein erster Versuch einer Synopse und mögliche Praxisanwendungen werden am Schluss der Studie vorgenommen. For the first time the most important power theories have been brought together (Bourdieu: „Habitus “, “capital “, Foucault: „Discourse analysis “, Arendt: „Characteristics dysfunctional power “) in order to examine their meaning for the Supervision. Despite of the great importance of this topic, there is little knowledge available. Due to this fact, potential applications in the Supervision are of course limited. The present study is based on the integrative Supervision and it aims for deepening as well as extending the theory with regard to historical, sociological, philosophical, political and emotion-psychological aspects. In this framework it becomes evident that power often extracts itself, how dysfunctional power comes into being and furthermore how this influences the inside of the body-emotional human areas.
