Additional data/analysis on microwave simulation (HFSS files) to reproduce the microwave design as explained in supplementary Sec II, can be found in the appendix_microwave_simulation folder.

Details regarding fabrication are available in the appendix_device_fabrication folder, which contains the .gds files.
