FLEP-seq2 analysis of flowers and of developing, dry mature and germinating seeds in Arabidopsis

We produced FLEP-seq2 libraries from three biological replicates for different seed stages: developing, dry mature and germinating seeds in Arabidopsis thaliana. For developing seeds, we analyzed a pool of developing stages from embryogenesis to seed filling (~ from 5 to 14 days after flowering, before the onset of desiccation). We analyzed both isolated seeds and siliques containing the seeds. For germinating seeds, we analyzed seeds imbibed in water for 24 hours. For comparison, we produced libraries from flowers.
