GRIP-seq for m6A identification

Combining genetically encoded chemical cross-linking of protein with target RNA (GECX-RNA) with immunoprecipitation and high throughput sequencing, we developed the technology termed "GRIP-seq" for single-nucleotide-resolution identification for target RNA binding of RNA-binding-proteins. Here we performed m6A genome-wide identification by applying GRIP-seq with YTH domain.
