Raw RNA-Seq Data from gut microbiota in the Kazakh population

Bacterial DNA was extracted from stool samples using the PurLink Genomic DNA Microbiome kit (Invitrogen, USA) according to the manufacturer’s protocol. DNA concentration was measured using the Qubit™ 4 Fluorometer with the Qubit® dsDNA BR Assay Kit. Library preparation involved several stages:PCR amplification of the 16S hypervariable region, followed by purification and concentration measurement.Library preparation through ligation with barcode adapters and purification of the library adapters.Concentration measurement of the resulting DNA libraries using the QuantStudioTM 12K Flex system with the Ion Library TaqMan® Quantitation Kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific, USA).
