Genome wide DNA methylation profiling of EGC with and without LVI. The Illumina Infinium 850k Human DNA methylation Beadchip was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 820,000 CpGs in FFPE slides. Samples included 10 EGC patients with LVI and 10 negative controls. Bisulphite converted DNA from the 20 samples were hybridised to the Illumina Infinium 850k Human Methylation Beadchip.
