Parlangèli e il progetto di un vocabolario storico dei dialetti baresi

In the late Seventies Oronzo Parlangeli and his co-workers tried to develop the project of an historical-etymological dictionary of all the dialects in the Terra di Bari. It has been unfolded by the consultation of local vocabularies and plenty of published or archived materials. Even tough that attempt unfortunately failed, it still presents some point of interest; this work traces the story and the structure of that effort.
