Description: We asked both younger and older participants to report the tools and strategies, internal and external, technological and non-technological, that they use to support different kinds of cognitive tasks. We then compared the support strategies, which tasks and which populations (in terms of age, gender, and attitudes to technology) use different kinds of support tools.
